Orders can be placed by phone. All orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. Final payment
is due prior to delivery. All prices include standard shipping to your home or business.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return an item within 30 days upon delivery.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING

We will pay all shipping dock to dock in the Continental U.S.  The shipping company will do their best to deliver your items to your home at no charge.  In some situations where extra efforts must be made, an extra charge will be assessed by the shipping company and is the responsibility of the customer.  If the customer elects, they may pick up the items from the shipper's terminal to avoid the extra charge.

SCHEDULING DELIVERY

Prior to placing your order, be sure to measure the area where the items will be placed, as well as the size of doors, stairs, around corners, ceiling heights, etc.  We cannot guarantee that the items you order will fit in your home.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will either contact you by E-mail or telephone confirming that the shipping process is started and that any remaining balance is about to be charged to your credit card.

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY SERVICE

You will be contacted by the shipping company to establish a delivery time.  In some areas, the shipping company offers only tailgate delivery that requires assistance from the customer.  Also, be prepared to transfer the items into your house. If your home is not accessible to the carrier's truck, your merchandise will be transported to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to transport the items to your home.

INSPECTION OF YOUR DELIVERY

You should inspect your order to insure that there has been no damage - no holes in the box, crushed corners, etc.  Please note that you must report any damage immediately upon delivery by noting it on the Bill of Lading and contacting us at: (541) 883-7708.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within three working days of placing an order.  All of our furniture is custom built so once the building process begins, we will not be able to refund any deposits.   If you cancel within the three days, we will refund the full amount.
